We have identified the cause of this issue, and we are moving to implement a fix. Once the fix is in place, we would expect that all stalled alerts will be released to our customers. We are aiming to release all stalled alerts and deliver them prior to the 21/02/2026 monitoring run.

Investigating -
We have identified an issue which is preventing delivery of Compliance Lens monitoring alerts since our February Product Releases. Though we have received these alerts from the Compliance Lens service, they have not been successfully passed to our customers. We are investigating and will be aiming to release all stalled alerts as soon as possible.

The RiskNarrative portal is currently experiencing a service disruption affecting the UK postcode lookup function due to an issue with one vendor. We understand the importance of timely data delivery, and will endeavour to keep you informed of the current status and impacts as we remediate this issue. LexisNexis Risk Solutions is actively pursuing solutions to replace this feature.

Following the implementation of fixes by our cloud service provider, the platform has remained stable and we have not observed any further DNS resolution issues.
This incident is now considered resolved and will be closed.
A full Root Cause Analysis (RCA) will be made available via our Customer Support team as soon as we have received the final report from our cloud provider.
We apologise again for the disruption caused and thank you for your patience.

Since our cloud provider implemented their fixes, we have not observed any further failures and DNS resolution appears to have returned to normal operation.
We will continue to closely monitor the platform to ensure ongoing stability and will provide further updates if anything changes.

They are currently deploying fixes across all affected endpoints. We are seeing early signs of improvement and will continue to closely monitor performance and availability.
