Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue affecting the LexisNexis® RiskNarrative® US Production environment. From 13:19 BST, Friday 10th July 2026, customers may experience some errors when sending traffic to our RunJourney and RunStrategy endpoints. Customers may additionally notice some latency or errors navigating through the RiskNarrative® portal.
Our teams are working to understand the cause and restore normal service. We will continue to provide updates as we learn more.
